The JWT6012 contains two independent thermostats in one housing:
1. a thermostat with a normally-closed (NC) contact for controlling heaters.
2. a thermostat with a normally open (NO) contact to control fans, heat exchangers or to activate alarm equipment
if the temperature is exceeded.
Heaters and cooling equipment can be switched independently of each other with a temperature offset (as opposed to thermostats with an adjustable contact).
